Delivery and tracking
Free standard delivery across the European Union.
Delivery cost
Standard delivery is free to all 27 EU countries, with no minimum order. Any available express or non-EU options and their prices are shown at checkout.
Preparation and dispatch
The selected unit, stock location and destination determine preparation and delivery time. Prepared SD cards are made ready after the unit details have been checked. These are physical kits, not instant downloads.
If you need an item by a fixed date, email us for the current estimate before ordering. A supplier’s EU warehouse listing does not guarantee delivery within seven days.
Track an order
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If the link is missing or the parcel needs checking, email your order number.
